The Education Foundation of Ottawa is currently seeking four new members to join its Board of Directors. The Foundation is especially interested in individuals with skills and experience in fundraising, event planning, and/or finance.
As a member of the 15 person Board, you will help to guide the Foundation's strategic direction, ensure alignment with the Foundation's mission, and uphold compliance with legal and financial requirements. Board members are expected to:
Participate in Board and committee meetings
Contribute to the Foundation's presence in the wider community
Support the advancement of our charitable initiatives
